Yeah... But still, guy's don't like short girls so it's not as if I'm gonna get a boyfriend anywho. *Shrugs.* I'll be fine though, I have music, and I will have dogs, and I might even adopt if I think I can handle a kid by myself - which is highly unlikely.

Yeah, well, I've kinda come to accept that I wont find a boyfriend so I will say it. Meh, oh well, I'll just focus on getting a job and a pet to keep me company and I'll be ok.

Re: Fiction Island Roleplay
Alex Mercer- Alex had soon collected an armful of fruits. He ran back to the cabin, dropping them on the floor. As he heard some smash and break against the floor he frowned. Had dropping been the wrong idea? Maybe it had.
What else would Dana need? Somewhere to sleep right? So Alex got about to collecting supplies that would help him make it. He collected leaves, moss, and some long grass, piling them in the corner of the cabin. There, now Dana would have a bed.
Dana Mercer- When Dana woke up, she looked around confused where she was at first. She looked next to her and saw the kid. She remembered where she was and sat up, just listening for a second. The leaves rustled in a breeze and in the distance she could hear waves crashing against the shore. And near them it was easy to make out the sound of a babbling river. It was a big change for Dana, from the cars, voices, and machines of New York.
Dana got up and decided she'd find food. Her stomach rumbled a bit and she was sure Lyra would be hungry too. She started walking into the forest away from the sun, not wanting it to shine in her eyes. Her footsteps seemed muffled and so out of place in the forest, but she didn't let it bother her.
Finding food was harder than she'd expected. She'd walked for maybe 30 minutes and had found nothing. Well, nothing in reach that is. In the leaves she could see fruits. And they looked delicious! But there was no way she could reach them. And the ones that fell to the ground looked half-eaten already, so she wouldn't touch those. And she had no way to catch the animals eating the food either.
After a while more of searching she decided it would be best to just go back. So she did. The kid was still asleep when she got there. Dana couldn't figure out why but she felt responsible for the kid, like she should be taking care of her. Maybe because she knew that feeling of helplessness.
Dana headed out of the camp again, determined to find food. She went back to the beach and found the pineapple tree. It was low growing enough the Dana was able to reach up and pull off what seemed to be a full grown pineapple. Once she had it she returned to their little camp and began cutting it up with her knife.
Ezio Auditore- The man shook his head. "No, I must go look for the Apple. Before it is too late." Before Susan had a chance to reply he was off through the trees, attempting to find his way. Ezio quickly got very lost though. All the trees and paths looked the same to him. He simply could not remember where he had come from.
"If only La Volpe were here," the man muttered to himself. La Volpe always knew his way around even the most complex of places. He was a thief. It was his job to know his way around. Ezio closed his eyes, taking in the sounds of the forest; the leaves rustling, the water of the sea, and the animals, picking their own way through the forest.
Hearing the animals reminded Ezio of the path he had taken to get here. He listened to and followed the sounds of animals until he managed to find the path. The assassin smiled a bit before following the path he had taken. When he got there he began searching for the apple.
Rogue: Rogue washed up on the beach of the island at sunrise. She laid there, passed out for hours, the sun shining down on her. Her clothes had gotten torn up on her way here, her sleeves torn to reveal the skin of her arms and one of her cloves gone. Her jeans where torn up too. Her hair stuck to her body and sand stuck to her hair.
When she woke up she groaned, her head pounding. "Unh... What happened?" She sat up, running a hand through her hair. She tried opening her eyes and winced, bringing her hand up to shield her eyes from the sun. She had no idea how she had gotten here. Last thing she had remembered she'd been on the X-Jet.
Rogue suddenly stood up causing her head to spin. She put out her arms to steady herself but then looked around frantically. "Logan!" She called, looking for any of the other X-Men. "Gambit! Scott, Storm, Bobby! Anyone?!" Rogue struggled to piece together what happened.
She remembered they had been going to do a mission. Scott had been mid-way through explaining what out plan was. She'd been trying to listen but Gambit kept distracting her. And then something had happened. Storm had tried to keep them in the air but the plane'd plummeted. And then she couldn't remember anything.
"Logan... Gambit..." They would all have crashed to. She guessed that the plane had crashed in the ocean and that she had been caught on something that brought her here. But what about everyone else? Storm could've saved them. Maybe they just hadn't seen Rogue.
Either way, she was here. And she couldn't change that. So she stumbled further into the island. She just really hoped no one else was here. She didn't want to hurt anyone. She couldn't bear to put someone else into a comma.

Re: Fiction Island Roleplay
I stopped listening to my iPod and nodded my head. "Sure, sounds fun." I grinned and stood up, then I looked over to Katniss and Peeta as they started walking away, holding hands. "Awww! So cute!" I squealed, tempted to take another photo but I decided against it. "Come on guys, lets go, the camp will be fine here without us."
"But we should probably take the food otherwise animals will eat it!" Honey pointed out before realising something. "Or, even better..." He wrapped the fish in the leaf they were lying on and then put it in the backpack, along with the rest of the meat. He then climbed the tree nearest the shelter and set the backpack down on a branch before climbing down again. "Tra da! Lets go!"
Taking hold of Peeta's hand again - I didn't want him to get lost -I headed off in the direction of the fruit trees. About 5-10 minutes lates we arrived and I released Peeta's hand looking up at the fruit about us. Something didn't seem right about how much fruit was here so I looked at it suspiciously. "I think we should test this food on the animals." I told Peeta as I started climbing. "If they eat it and don't die, then we'll take as much as possible, if they eat it and die, we'll leave it and then warn the others not to eat it if they come across it."
I woke up before Mizore and decided to split. I didn't really want to stay at the waterfall forever, I wanted to go and explore! Besides, who knows, there could be materia on this island! Making sure I packed a couple of apples in my little pouch, I set off, taking to the trees with my shuriken on my back and jumping through them.
Mori landed on the island with a box containing a chocolate cake in it. Even though this was a serious rescue operation to retrieve Mitsukuni, he knew that his cousin would be craving cake right now, and if he didn't get cake, he might just snap and that would be dangerous for the entire island! As soon as his feet hit the sand - wet from where the ocean met the shore - he started running into the woods in search of Honey. He was so focused on finding him, that he didn't notice the boat sailing away from the island.

Re: Fiction Island Roleplay
In the forest I found loads if flowers: blue ones, orange ones, red ones. NO PURPLE! They are poisonous. It was fun scouting around, looking art things. I found a massive beetle and I showed the others it too. Suddenly it burst into life and flew right at my face. We ran screaming. It seemed as if we all hated bugs, or they could of just been scared of my reaction. Luckily the beetle flew away with its life - next time it wouldn't be so lucky.
As we walked, I kept noising over at Bex's black/silver device thing. Be seemed to be obsessed with it, and always made sure she checked were it was and what the numbers were saying on the screen. I know Billy was never that obsessed with his Dee Ess. I think Billy's device must of been better, as it had two screens.
I woke up to Pan's ermine snout running my face. I hated when he did that. It was never nice to wake up to someone so close up to your face. I shoved him away and stretched out my arms above me. I could hear a water for some reason, my memories were slowly coming back to me, and my eyes came to focus on the forest and the river, and then at the woman cutting up the pineapple. I remembered that she didn't have a demon before I could remember her name, which was Dana.
I realised I couldn't remember were I was last. How did we get to the river? Did she carry me? Did I pass out or something? Then another memory springs back to mind, one I hoped was not to be true. I went into my jacket pocket and took out the broken compass. I would of cried, if only it wasn't for Dana. I stare at her, as she cuts up the pineapple.

Re: Fiction Island Roleplay
I so wished for it to just be all over, for someone to end my suffering. I could feel the blood on my lips from they had dried and cracked. I had never been so thirsty in all my life. Sometimes after you've some sports or some over form of activity, you feel as if you need something to drink, but this urge was strong, and so was my hunger.
I stopped, well, my arms stopped moving. I roll over to by back, another lighting pain from my foot area. Above the noise of the insects, birds and he wind, I could hear sometimes small but instantly recognisable. WATER! I turned back onto my front, and glistening through the trees like a bath of diamonds was water. I was about 600 feet away from were I was and a reboot of energy sparked into my system, and I crawled with my elbows like someone in the army would do in training. I tried to block out my pain as much as possible, knowing were my goal was.
After five minutes of so, I reached the water. My arms feel into the water and my hands formed a cup from were I drank the water from. It was very earthy tasting, but I couldn't be a picker now. It was either drink or die. I splashed the water at my face, and managed, with painful effort, to swing my legs around and wash them off in the water. I closed my eyes and faced the sun. freedom.
I opened my eyes again. and turned to my right, were I some something in the far end of the lake. I squinted my eyes to see and recognised the features almost at once. The was some form of shelter that had been built, and the remains of a camp fire. I wasn't alone! ... But could this prove the possibility that I had been thrown into the games? Was this a careers camp I was gazing at?
