"Good. Nice to know" I smile and grab my stick and slowly stand up and stab a larger fish and smirk. I pick it out of the water and put it on the leaf.

"Okay," I said, happy he was okay again. "I think there are some yellow ones down there at the end of the lake." I point. "Lets pick up a few of them and take them back to camp. Then we can ask Bex if she wants to come in the forest to search for more flower and then the nuts."

Jades not coming, as I predicted.

[Wolfsoul]

"You know, it's not normal to smirk at fish after you stab them." I teased lightheartedly. "In fact, it kind of makes you look a little insane." Insane like Clove... I shuddered at the memory of the feast and the way she attacked me and I quickly pushed the thought to the back of my mind before I had nightmares about that tonight. Instead, I decided to do something to take my mind off of it, that something being searching the trees and then after locating one with some fruit that looked like oranges, climbing it and taking off the orange-like fruit. Maybe they were edible. I wasn't sure, but one of the others in the group might've known.

((Awww! It's just gonna be us 3 then D: Why isn't she coming?))

"That sounds like a good idea!" Honey climbed up onto the bank and then followed the small path around the lake carefully, deciding that it would be safer since Peeta was stabbing fish and he didn't want his foot to get accidentally stabbed or anything. He looked back to Marina and gave her a grin. "Come on! Let's go those yellow flowers!"

Peeta
"I'm not insane. I just get happy when I get food to eat." I smile and sit back down. "Want me to get a few more fish or do you think it's good for now?"

[Wolfsoul]

I looked down at the fish and nodded my head. "That should do, we still have 2 lemurs left anyway." Plus I was planning on going hunting later anyway, just to give me something to do. "Here, catch." I called down to Peeta before throwing an orange-like fruit down to him. "Do you think these are edible? I'm not sure." For a moment I worried that Peeta would bite into it to see if they were edible, but then I realised that he wasn't that stupid, although saying that, he did almost eat Nightlock last time...

"Well let's see." I get out of the water and cut the fruit in half. I then throw it into the woods and see animals run for it. I waited a few minutes then turn to Katniss. "I guess we can eat them if they aren't dieing."

"Off-we-GO!" I walked the path and it wasn't long before we were at the flowers. We both picked up a handful and walled the other way around, making a complete circle around the lake. This side was even worse that the other as it had brushes on it, but I noticed a few berries on them, which could be a good stop to return to.

"That's good." It gave us something to eat other than meat, and would also be helpful to create flavour in that soup I promised to make Marina and Honey - if only I could find something to use as a pot though. I climbed down the tree, one hand clinging onto the branches and the other holding the oranges - I would just call them oranges for now since they resembled them - and then walked over to the food pile, putting them down. "Now we just need to figure out what else is edible so that we could have more food, as well as more variety of food." Variety didn't really matter much when you really needed to focus on the quantity of food, but it was still nice to have variety.

((Unless the berries are Nightlock! Dun dun DUUUN! And awww! D:))

Honey picked the flowers with Marina and then followed her to the side of the lake with bushes. The bushes had berries on them and Honey licked his lips. "Berries are so yummy on cakes... I wish I had some berry cake right now, or some chocolate cake..."

"Well just look for food that the animals eat and if they don't die then there you go." I smile and pick up the leaf with the fish on and walk to the fire and place it by the other meats.

[Wolfsoul]

"Yeah, that sounds like a good idea." I walked over to where Peeta had taken off his shirt and picked it up before walking over to him and handing it to him. "It might be an idea to put this on, otherwise you'll get sunburnt." Maybe I sounded a bit too much like a mother when I said that, but if Peeta got sunburnt, he'd be in a lot of pain and wouldn't be able to do much.
((And if he got sunburnt, he wouldn't be able to give Katniss hugs without being in pain, so there'd be no cuddling up to Peeta at night for Katniss XD *Rolls eyes a little.* Last night was only because of my nightmare, you know. Was it Katniss? Was it really? Because I don't think it was! XD))

I laugh alittle and take my shirt "Oh thanks. I would hate to get sun burned." I smirk and and slip on my shirt and move my necklace out of the way.

[Wolfsoul]

It seemed as if Peeta said that in a sarcastic way, teasing me about how I sounded like a mother worried about her child getting sunburnt, so I felt the need to defend myself. "Sunburn can lead to skin cancer, I'm just protecting you from that possibility." I stated with a slight shrug. I noticed for the first time that Peeta was wearing a necklace and I examined it curiously. "I didn't know you wore necklaces." Then again, I didn't know that much about Peeta outside of what I learnt during the games.
((*Facepalms.* I'm having one of those 'There's something not right about this post' moments -_-))

"Rawr! My god" I say and knew down then look at her. "Ya. I just got it mostly. It's mostly a fake gold chain with a skull on it. I found it in my dads stuff. It was kinda hidden so ya." I shrug.

[Wolfsoul]

My sister was a duck, and it seemed as if Peeta was a dinosaur today. Strange. But it brought a smile to my face, because it was rather funny to see him acting like this. "Oh, I wonder why it was hidden." At the mention of fake gold, I looked down at the mockingjay pin on my shirt - I rarely took it off nowadays - and wondered whether or not it was real gold. It was probably real gold, but even so I wouldn't sell it, because it was thanks to this pin that made Rue trust me, and she herself was a lot like a mockingjay. I then looked up to Peeta again and pointed to the skull on his necklace. "Maybe you shouldn't have taken it, maybe it was hidden for a reason."

"My father saw it on me and he never said anything. He just looked at it and smiled. I guess he forgot about it or something or he lost it." I shrug and look over at the water.

"Don't worry," I tell Honey. "We'll be out of this place before you know it and then you can eat all the cake you like." It was only then that the possibly that we might be here forever really hit me. It was all well and good surviving for the days, but we still needed to focus on getting out her before getting too comfortable.

Walking was struggling to become an option, and my mouth was dry and sore. I was looking vision and the again I lost my footing and fell to the ground, and this time when I fell, my anckle cracked. I could actually her it crack and I fell to the floor in agony, yelling out terribly in pain. "URGHHHHHHHH!!!" Was the sound, and all the birds from the trees close by began to head into the sky and flee from the noise echoing from my mouth.

[Wolfsoul]

"Fair enough, as long as you're not getting into trouble or anything." I sat down and looked across the lake with Peeta, hugging my knees to my chest as I looked at Marina and Honey playing with some flowers. "Yesterday you were really mean to Marina... Was that the lack of food talking or were you honestly being mean to her." I hoped it was the lack of food talking, otherwise this alliance wouldn't go very well.

((Where abouts is Snow anyway, Gavin? Would the people at the lake hear him?))

"Mhmm!" Honey nodded his head in agreement. "I'll eat cake for breakfast, lunch, dinner and snack every day for two weeks to make up for all the cake I haven't eaten here! I'll eat lots and lots of cake, and maybe I'd invite you to my house to eat cake with me!" It would be nice to eat cake with someone other than Usa-chan for once, especially since his brother hated him for eating so much cake and wouldn't go near him, unless he wanted a fight that is.

*Bounces up and down excitedly.* The eyes! The eyes! Look at the eyes! X3

"That would be amazing!" Even as I said that, I found it hard to believe we would see each other again once we had left this island. We're all from completely different places, miles and worlds apart. I'm not saying I wouldn't love going to his come and eating a mountain load of cakes until our stomachs burst, just I found it very unrealistic. Up in the air a large group of birds came flying by from the top of the lake. I don't know were they were going though, but there was a lot of them.

He is getting closer to the lake. He is up north somewhere, but they still wouldn't be able to hear him just yet. He's gonna suffer a bit more >:]

And I've seen that one The one with fight about to start between the Cullens and Aro's lot is KL!

I shrug and look over at her. "I don't know. I think it was both. She did creep me out." I say and look back to the water.

((Muwahahaha! And I sawthat one too, but I've just seen this part because it shows her eyes clearly and it shows Bella stalking a deer >:3))

Honey heard the fluttering of lots of bird wings and he looked up, eyes wide at the amount of colourful birds that were flying past the lake. "Wow! There's so many!" He exclaimed. "They must be parrots! Hey, I wonder if we'll be able to get them to talk if they stop flying! That would be so cool!" He then looked back at Marina. "If you had a parrot, what would you teach it to say, Mari-chan?"

I shrug and look over at her. "I don't know. I think it was both. She did creep me out." I say and look back to the water.

[Wolfsoul]

I nodded my head in understanding. "She's actually not a bad person, she's just a little strange. And if someone with trust issues like me can trust her, I'm sure you can too." I held Peeta's hand, giving it a reassuring squeeze as I thought about Marina. "Maybe not all mutations are that bad. The ones controlled by the Capitol deffinately are, but Mockingjays aren't bad, and neither is Marina." I was just trying to get Peeta to try and see things from my point of view, but maybe I was pushing it. I didn't want to cause another arguement or anything, I just wanted the alliance to work out.

"I would probably tell it 'HANDS UP! IT'S THE POLICE!' That would be funny." Then I realised something. "Best not try and find one of them though. Katniss would get her bow out and shot it and make us eat it." That would be horrible. I have nothing against ugly animals, but parrots like these were magnificent to watch and would be a great shame if the were to ever die out.

I gritted my teeth together as streams of tears feel down my face. This felt as if someone was rubbing sandpaper together inside my ankle. My hands seemed to be permanently fixed as fists. Any slight movement and the pain would bounce back like lightning being ejected into your bloodstream.

Honey laughed a little, but then frowned when Marina said that Katniss would probably make them eat the parrots. "You really think she'd make us eat them?" They were pretty birds, did Marina honestly think that she'd make them eat something so pretty and talkative? Honey would hate that, and he'd probably even refuse to eat the parrot.
